Mark’s declaration that when he is president he will change the flavor of envelope glue.<\/p>\n

Two afternoons\u00a0in my sewing room<\/p>\n

Finding some pictures of Timothy on the camera<\/p>\n

Mark being\u00a0home in the evenings because baseball is\u00a0over.<\/p>\n

My presidency: Charlene, Cindy, and Kristy<\/p>\n

Being invited in to visit\u00a0by\u00a0someone\u00a0I dropped by to see on a whim.<\/p>\n

Texts from women in my church, including, “I found my phone!” “I’m doing well!” “I am happy to help.”<\/p>\n

Learning a new skill from a friend<\/p>\n

Richard hand-washing the dishes<\/p>\n

My beginning violin\u00a0student who can’t stop smiling when she realizes she is playing a song.<\/p>\n

Plenty to read<\/p>\n

Halloween bunting<\/p>\n

Spending time in Mark’s room, looking at his collections and art<\/p>\n

My tried and true recipe of chocolate chip oatmeal cookies<\/p>\n

Teaching Mark about atoms and bonding while we mop the kitchen floor together<\/p>\n

Mark and Richard’s piano duet<\/p>\n

Daniel and Timothy’s good grades on tests this week<\/p>\n

Parting with some of the clutter in my closet<\/p>\n

Finding a pumpkin I didn’t know was growing in my front flower beds<\/p>\n
